Refund Policy
Top Treasures offers refunds on eligible items (with some exclusions) within 30 days of delivery, provided the request is initiated before December 20th of the same year.
No refunds can be processed after December 20th, even if the item was delivered within the 30-day window. To qualify, items must be in transit to our facility by December 20th.
While Top Treasures provides free outbound shipping on most products (with certain exceptions), a shipping and handling fee applies to refunds. Larger or multi-box items may incur higher fees.
Additionally, Top Treasures reserves the right to reject or apply additional fees for refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria. Unauthorized refund requests—such as those for items that are used, damaged, or missing essential components—may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.
Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, funds should appear in your account within 7–14 business days, though it may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.

No Returns or Exchanges
Top Treasures does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and we only offer refunds for eligible purchases.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, you must first complete our Troubleshooting/Warranty Claim process. If the issue is confirmed, a Top Treasures representative may waive the return shipping and handling fee for the refund.
However, if a customer opts not to go through the Troubleshooting/Warranty process, they will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling fees.
Exceptions/Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for items that fall under the following conditions:
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items not in the same condition as received
- Used or damaged items
- Items missing essential components (e.g., tags, accessories)
Additionally, sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
